Improving Health Literacy Through Technology Program Application:                                                                                                                                                   

The Improving Health Literacy Through Technology (IHLTT) program is a free program to eligible individuals with disabilities, in Pulaski and Giles counties, and it is made up of six, in-person classes exploring basic technology skills in a supportive environment at a local library.
(Program is expected to run on Fridays from mid-April through the end of May 2023, at the Dublin library from 10-11am for Pulaski residents and at the Pearisburg library from 2-3pm for Giles residents.)   

               Please submit your completed application by
Friday, April 7th, 2023. 

*The ADA defines a person with a disability as a person who has a physical or mental impairment that substantially limits one or more major life activity.

Please Note:

Each accepted and eligible participant will receive an iPad at the end of the final

class of the completed IHLTT program.

Applications will be reviewed on a priority basis, as seating is limited. Completed an application does NOT guarantee acceptance into the program

Accepted applicants will be notified by the end of the day on Friday, April 14th.
