Improving Health Literacy Through Technology (IHLTT):

Eligible residents with a disability throughout the NRV will be selected to participate in a program designed to empower people with disabilities to gain better access to healthcare! Participants will receive a FREE iPad after completing 6 weekly, 1-hour workshops, exploring how to use technology to take better control of their health and social support needs.   IHLTT Application Form Link
